Who is responsible for your data

Emprendo OÜ (Estonian registry code 12604312, Pärnu, Estonia), which runs this site under the UlyDigital brand, is the controller of the personal data you share with us here.

What data we collect

Only what you give us in the contact form: your name, your email, the services you are interested in and the message you write. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we also keep that conversation. We do not ask for sensitive or financial data through this site.

What we use it for

To reply to your message.
To prepare and send you a proposal, if you asked for one.
To follow up on the project you hire us for.

The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form and, once you hire us, performance of the contract. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it to send you advertising without your permission.

Who we share it with

With the providers we need to make the site work:

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, protects the form against spam (Turnstile) and measures visits without cookies.
Resend, which delivers the form message to us by email.
WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to write to us on that channel.

International transfers

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation (standard contractual clauses). We do not share your data with anyone else unless an authority requires it by law.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, the project you hire. After that we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country; in Estonia it is the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee).

We reply within the deadlines set by the applicable law.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare analytics uses no cookies and does not identify people. If we add other tools, we will update this notice first.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
